"For over a year, Angelica Garcilazo has been the agent auto-assigned to my car and home insurances policies. Today is the first time I’ve talked to her as I needed guidance and reassurance pertaining to a new claim I plan on filing. Instead of being patient, understanding, and empathetic she caught an attitude, rushed to conclusions, and continually interrupted me while I was only trying to clarify my circumstances so she could better advise me. An agent should be helpful, patient, and professional. Angelica did not grace this client with either. Based on how badly she handled our conversation, I have switched agents and will not be working with her again."
